Sorry for the shitty cell phone pictures. I need to touch up a few areas and glaze him, but he's otherwise done. He was sculpted over a mini munny, so his head and arms are poseable. Each munny comes with a mystery accessory and this one came with a little bat that was perfect for making into a bone club.

My friend wants to commission me to do her character in the same manner, so once I'm done with that I'll have example pictures up if anyone would be interested in commissions : )

how did you make it without melting the vinyl while it's baking???

I think those things are designed to hold up pretty well to heat. It did get a little soft everytime, but it still retained its shape and stiffed back up upon cooling.
